6.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, and except in respect of death or personal injury arising from NetDoktor’s negligence, NetDoktor hereby excludes liability for any claims, loss, demands or damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the Service, and any information, content, advertisements or products provided or distributed through the Service including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damages, whether arising from loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of use or otherwise and whether or not the possibility of such loss has been notified to NetDoktor. The foregoing will apply whether such claims, loss or damages arise in tort, contract, negligence, under statute or otherwise. If you are a consumer your statutory rights, if any, are not affected.

7.Exclusions and Limitations

In particular, nothing in these Conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer or exclude or restrict any liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence or fraud of NetDoktor.

8.General Information

These Conditions (including the guides and rules referred to herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and NetDoktor and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and NetDoctor The Conditions and the relationship between you and NetDoktor shall be governed by the laws of Denmark. You and NetDoktor agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts. Any failure by NetDoktor to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Conditions remain in full force and effect.

9.Violations

We recommend users who find inappropriate content to contact us immediately in order that we may remove it. In addition, we reserve the right to remove all material which we consider inappropriate. This includes pornographic, offensive, defamatory, undocumented, illegal material(s) that is/are in any way contrary to accepted morality and behaviour.
